Through HR’s eyes, this project will be successful when:
- HR can better meet our customers' talent acquisition needs.
- Employees and managers are saying how easy the system is to use
- Redundant and manual processes are eliminated.
Change Impacts:
Field HR will have a new process of moving a new requisition to the next steps based on the initial input from the hiring manager. They will also have changed processes for moving a candidate to offer and finally to hire that should eliminate some side systems, paper forms, and other manual processes.
