New Recruitment System - For Other HR Areas

Change Impacts:

Classification will now be entering job specifications into the SuccessFactors Application.  These will be stored as the job templates upon which requisitions and descriptions will be built.

Reporting will be impacted by new reporting capabilities specifically related to Talent Acquisition metrics. More complex reports may require integration of data from the HCM application.

CAPS will generally not be affected by this change except for their assistance in managing some training, both instructor led and through the LMS. They will also assist in building the learning library in the LMS for all internal stakeholders.

HRIS. New employee information will be sent from SuccessFactors to HRIS through a file transfer. The goal is to reduce redundancy and require less reliance on information from documents like PARs, which should only be required for exception and errors.

Configuration Analysts supporting the SuccessFactors application will only experience change if they were previously supporting the PeopleSoft Recruitment. They will need to be directly trained from Implementation Partner staff.
