The LiveWell Vermont Staff:

Clarke Collins, Deputy Director of Benefits and Wellness
Employed by the State since 2014, Clarke is an avid outdoorsman, runner, and general wellness enthusiast. When he is not chasing after his two young children, he also enjoys breaking a mental sweat with his wife by putting together jigsaw puzzles and writing fiction.

Maura O'Brien, LiveWell Vermont Program Supervisor
Maura has been employed by the State since 2005 and feels so lucky to be part of the Human Resources Wellness Team along with Sophie and Hope.  As a Registered Nurse, Maura has worked in many areas of health care and loves supporting Vermont State employees and retirees to make healthier choices. She originally discovered and fell in love with Vermont as an actor and still pursues this passion whenever possible.

Hope Seggelink, Wellness Specialist

Hope joined the LiveWell team in 2021 and supports a whole-person approach to wellness, but has a particular love for nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian, she gets especially excited about helping people discover new foods to love. When she’s not in the kitchen trying new recipes or baking bread, she enjoys hiking/camping, yoga, running, and reading.

Sophia Coccagna, Wellness Specialist

Sophie joined the LiveWell team in 2022. She has a pre-medical bachelor's degree in Biology and is a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Sophie has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2016 and is passionate about the power of movement, fitness, and fun to greatly increase quality of life. In her spare time, Sophie loves gardening, as well as spending time with her family and pets.
