The purpose of this sign up is to register your child(ren) for the Quidel QuickVue SARS Antigen Test prior to January 2022 return to school for grades Kindergarten through 12, within the Vermont school districts. The antigen COVID-19 test will check for a currently active COVID-19 infection.
The Quidel QuickVue SARS Antigen test is a two-part test intended to be used by one person with preliminary results in 10 minutes. Part two is to be performed 24-36 hours after the initial test. For accurate results, be sure follow directions closely.
