Resources are also available for supervisors and/or other employees. Examples of services include:
- Supervisory Consultations for an employee or the immediate supervisor of employees about challenging situations in the workplace;
- Supervisory Referrals for employees who may need EAP support to return to a previous level of performance;
- Workshops on a wide array of topics;
- Web-based resources and tools
All Services utilized through EAP are strictly kept confidential.
There is no cost to the employee and/or family members for up to five sessions of counseling. If more than 5 sessions are needed, the EAP counselor will help you switch to an insurance-based service.

Signing In to the Invest EAP Website
When first visiting the Invest EAP website, State employees (as well as household members) will be prompted to create your own username (your e-mail address) and password. When you create this account, you will be prompted to give your Organizational Password: vteap.
Once you create your account, be sure to view the informative orientation video under the Benefits tab that tells you all about your EAP benefit. Invest EAP also has a great new feature that, by simply checking a box, allows you to receive fantastic and informative quarterly e-newsletters.
