Time Validation

Through the use of reports and queries, Time & Labor validates the following information:

  • Exceptions are corrected.
  • Job Status and Workgroup are accurately assigned to each active employee.
  • Eligibility of time reporting code utilization based on classification.

Time & Labor communicates primarily to Delegates, Business Managers and Human Resources Field staff if discrepencies are found during the validation process.

  • Questions regarding time reporting code and employee status discrepency.
  • Standard Hours reported  and Full Time Equivelency (FTE) discrpencies.
  • Special time  reporting codes that require authorization.
  • Holiday Time Reporting and other events that do not occur every pay period.
