Tax Year 2019 W-2 Forms were mailed from the BGS Postal Center on 1/23. If you have not received your 2019 W-2, refer to the printing instructions provided below. Please also verify that your mailing address is correct in VTHR, from work, by navigating to: Self Service > Personal Information, be sure to make corrections if necessary. Should you require additional assistance, please contact the VTHR Helpdesk 828.6700 option 4.
- Current employees are able to print their own W-2 in VTHR, from work. After logging into VTHR, navigate to: Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > View W-2/W-2c Forms, 2019 tax year is displayed. Click on this link to obtain detailed instructions W-2 Reprint Instructions (pdf)
- Former employees can submit an email request to the VTHR Help Desk for copies of their W-2 or address changes by clicking here Former Employee W2 Request.
