Organizational Development

Our mission is to support the leaders of Vermont State Government in their efforts to attract and retain an engaged, high performing workforce. 

Our approach involves methods designed to leave the leader of the organization with a clear sense of next steps, and with practical tools to implement the results of the project involving leadership team-building and development or needs assessment to determine nature and scope of training. 

We also support the work of supervisors and managers in applying the skills they learn in training through team-building services. CAPS consultants design and implement projects in partnership with organizational leaders and managers, and collaborate with the HR Field team assigned to the organization, to ensure alignment with policies.
