The following State of Vermont New Employee Orientation (NEO) was designed to ensure your smooth transition as a new employee with the State of Vermont. In this orientation, we have provided you with the information and resources to prepare you for your journey through the on-boarding process, including:
- An introduction to your health benefits
- Information about other benefits the State offers you
- A review of important employee responsibilities and policies.
- An overview of VTHR Employee Self Service - A guide on where to review and enter key personal, direct deposit, and tax information. You can also enter time and enroll in benefits.
This orientation has been organized into five separate sections - each addressing important topics you will need to review and familiarize yourself with to complete the new hire process.
